Herman Cain denied the latest round of sexual harassment allegations against him on Tuesday, saying that he does not remember meeting Sharon Bialek, the woman who has publicly accused him of inappropriate sexual behavior that dates to the late-1990s.
Senator John McCain, the top Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, said billions of dollars could be saved from the defense budget by cutting lawmakers’ pet projects, known as earmarks, and fixing troubled arms programs.
