ARB Update
ARB UPDATE
By Carlos V. Gonzalez, Chairman
Now that the hurricane system has passed us, it is a good time to reassess our readiness plan. Did you know that many storm related projects such as shutters or generators are discounted during the off season? It really pays to plan ahead. It is simple concept of supply and demand coupled with a depressed market producing the perfect “bargain” storm. In all seriousness, our readiness could mean all the differences.
Understand the importance aspect of these improvements, the ARB is committed to make sure your project gets reviewed and approved in a timely manner. In the past, we have reached out to applicants to provide us with additional information in an effort to expedite the approved process rather than delay these types of projects.
As mentioned in previous newsletters, please take the time to visit us on our community website, pembrokefalls.org under the Resource Center tab to get information on our design guide lines.
On behalf of all our dedicated volunteers in the community, we hope everyone has a joyful and peaceful holiday and a prosperous new year.
Please note that the Pembroke Falls ARB application has been revised. If you are seeking review of an application for the month of December, and moving forward, the Association asks that you use an updated form. This form can be located by logging on to the Association’s website (http://www.pembrokefalls.org/) and clicking on the menu item “Resource enter”. There you will see a folder called Architectural Review Application & Instructions. In that folder are various useful resources to assist you in the process. If you need additional assistance, please feel free to contact the management office for any further clarification.
