Giuliani makes Palm Beach condo buy

THE REAL DEAL - Rudy Giuliani, the former New York City mayor and presidential candidate, has purchased a three-bedroom, 2,000-square-foot Palm Beach condo with his wife, Judith, for $1.4 million.
Property records show the couple bought unit, at 315 S. Lake Drive in the Southlake, from Lawrence Larson, a trustee for the Jean Daniels Cluett Trust.
The 2003 purchase price for the condo on the Midtown Marina was $1.25 million.
The Giulianis also own a unit at the Palm Beach Towers at 44 Coconut Row, which they bought for $410,000 in 2004. [Palm Beach Daily News]
